How does one make a home-made female chastity belt?
Its for an art project
Im making a panting and also would like to actually create the belt for the exibition.
…maybe even have someone wear it…(:
(aidrianna get over yourself)
…its an ART PROJECT…
besides its to represent the emphasis of how cruel the belt is/was… people still use it now-a-days
…no, i’m not goth…
its for an art project, duh
I would use duct tape or cardboard painted silver. Unless you have actual experience working with sheet metal that will be much easier, doesn’t demand any expensive tools and can look just as good.

Renaissance Art $11.99 Artists like Botticelli, Holbein, Leonardo, Dürer, and Michelangelo are familiar figures in Renaissance art. But who were these artists, why did they produce such memorable images, and how would the original beholders have viewed their artistic creations? Was the Renaissance only about great masters and masterpieces, or were women artists and patrons also involved? And what about the "minor" pieces that Renaissance men and women would have encountered in homes, churches, and civic spaces? In Renaissance Art , author Geraldine A. Johnson answers such questions by considering both famous and lesser-known artists, patrons, and works of art within the cultural and historical context of Renaissance Europe. The volume also explores forgotten aspects of Renaissance art, such as female artists and patrons, as well as objects made for the home. Covering art produced in both Northern and Southern Europe, rather than simply focusing on one region, Renaissance Art introduces readers to a variety of approaches for studying the period, from social history to formal analysis. Author — Geraldine A. Johnson. Hardcover. 182 pages. 5" × 7" (13 cm × 18 cm) . |
